(Providence, RI)--Places of worship in Rhode Island will be re-opening with new restrictions, according to Governor Raimondo.Providence Catholic Bishop Thomas Tobin said the hope is that churches in the diocese will open by May 31st.Raimondo seemed to be OK with that on Sunday, but said social distancing would have to be practiced and that items such as hymnals could not be shared.
