(Providence, RI)--Providence authorities have identified the pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle on Sunday as city resident Eduardo Perez Caban.The driver, Israel Gonzalez, also of Providence, is charged with murder.Police say the two had an argument before the alleged intentional vehicle-versus-pedestrian incident.
