(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island Department of Health says nursing homes that want to allow visitation when the state gives the OK must prepare a plan.The health department says that plan must include screening procedures, occupancy limits, a visit-scheduling system and other priorities.The state extended its ban on such visits when it began its second phase of re-opening; Governor Raimondo has said visits won't be allowed until Phase 3 at the earliest.
