(North Kingstown, RI)--A popular donut shop in Rhode Island has made huge waves on social media after announcing it will no-longer officer discounts to military or police members.The announcement from Allie's Donuts in North Kingstown was an apparent response to the allegations of racial profiling by a black Providence firefighter on Friday.There were calls to boycott the business, but reports indicate there was a long line of customers on Sunday, with some holding Black Lives Matter signs and other messages.Allie's has since apologized to anyone who interpreted the move as disrespectful.
