(Cranston, RI)--A member of the state Board of Election has concerns after the Rhode Island presidential primary was conducted primarily by mail earlier this month.Vice Chair Stephen Erickson told The Providence Journal there will need to be "systemic changes" to deal with the number of mail ballots the board anticipates for the election this fall.Among the problems from the June 2nd primary, according to the Projo report: about one-hundred-thousand mail ballot applications sent by the state to registered voters were returned as undeliverable.
