(Providence, RI)--Governor Raimondo said yesterday she is still planning to have Rhode Island move into Phase 3 of re-opening next week.She talked about no-contact and low-contact sports being allowed to resume, including baseball and softball.Teams that are from states with a stay-at-home order cannot be involved.Sports that involve more contact will continue to be off-limits except for practices next month.
