(Westerly, RI)--A man accused of a fatal shooting in Westerly has been indicted by a state grand jury.Louis Seignious Jr. [[ say-nee-iss ]] of Norwich, Connecticut was indicted last week in Washington County Superior Court on first-degree murder and other charges for the death of his cousin, Vincent Sebastian, in January.Seignious was arrested by police after reportedly falling through the ceiling of an apartment in Groton, Connecticut.
