(Undated)--The Rhode Island Department of Environmental management says over a hundred Ocean State residents have received unsolicited seed packages from China.The DEM says it is working with the USDA.To anyone else who might receive the seeds, the department is urging you to reach out, and to not plant the seeds or throw them away.
