(Providence, RI)--The Providence Water Company is now being powered by one-hundred-percent renewable energy.The company announced Thursday that a solar project in Johnston which will enable the sustainability achievement has become operational.In addition to dropping its carbon footprint, Providence Water estimates a savings of 25-million dollars over the next 25 years.
