(Cranston, RI) -- A 73-year-old Cranston man is charged with first-degree murder. Police say Charles Gangi shot and killed 41-year-old Paul Zoice during what was described as a heated argument yesterday afternoon. It happened in a residence on B Street. According to investigators, Gangi admitted to responding officers that he shot Zoice.
