(Providence, RI) -- As she moves closer to confirmation as U.S. Secretary of Commerce, it would appear Governor Raimondo will give her final State of the State address tonight at seven p.m. She has said she will not resign until she is confirmed by the full Senate. This year's address will be delivered virtually rather than before a joint session of the General Assembly due to the coronavirus pandemic.
