(Providence, RI)--There's a bill in the House to end so-called captive hunting.It's defined in the legislation as using fences, man made barriers or natural barriers to prevent animals from escaping.Providence state Representative Scott Slater says it's a cruel form of entertainment or sport, that has no place in Rhode Island.
