(Warwick, RI) -- A fugitive from justice in Florida is now in custody in Rhode Island. An arrest warrant was issued for 33-year-old Kyndall Hutchins after he missed a court date in Lee County earlier this month to face sexual assault charges. Acting on a tip, Hutchins was arrested yesterday in Warwick by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force.
