(Undated) -- There's a special election in Rhode Island today on seven bond questions totaling about $400million in state spending. Voters are reminded mail-in ballots will not be counted if received after today, even if postmarked by the deadline. As of Friday, more than 64-thousand mail-in ballots had reportedly already been returned.
