(Jamestown, RI) -- All-electronic tolling will be implemented on the Newport Pell Bridge by the end of October. No cash or credit card transactions will be available. Any vehicles not equipped with an E-ZPass transponder will get an invoice in the mail for the toll amount due. The Rhode Island Bridge and Turnpike Authority is urging anyone without a transponder to get one soon.
