Providence, RI) -- Rhode Island Governor Dan McKee has vetoed legislation that would have impacted auto-body shops. The bill would have made changes to the state's Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act. McKee said it could have possibly resulted in higher insurance premiums for Rhode Island drivers, who already rank seventh-highest for that cost in the U.S.
