Rhode Island is under a Flash Flood Watch from the National Weather Service Wednesday afternoon until Thursday afternoon. The weather service says parts of Southern New England could see a half-foot of rain from the remnants of Hurricane Ida during that time frame. Sunny skies are in the forecast for Labor Day Weekend.
