A powerful nor'easter is bringing potentially damaging winds and heavy rain into Rhode Island.
There's a high wind warning from later today into tomorrow for gusts of 40-to-60 miles per hour along the coast, and a wind advisory for gusts of 45-to-50 elsewhere across the state.
Two-to-four inches of rain is also forecast with some isolated higher amounts possible.
