There's good and bad news for home buyers in Rhode Island.
The good news is the median price of a single-family house has dropped from 390-thousand-dollars in August to about 377-thousand-dollars in October.
The bad news, October prices were over 12-and-a-half percent higher than in October of 2020, according to the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.
The sale prices are being reflected by the huge demand there is for housing .
Things may change in the spring as far as the number of homes are concerned,
