A Rhode Island state trooper is reportedly under investigation for having sex in his cruiser while on duty.
Channel 12 reports the trooper was allegedly in his cruiser with a woman in Charlestown last February when a local police officer spotted them.
State Police Colonel James Manni says he's prohibited from discussing any internal affairs investigation under the Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights.
It is unclear why the issue is coming to the public light right now. And, officials are still tight lipped over the investigation not even hinting when the investigation may conclude.
