A Rhode Island man who is being charged for a fatal hit-and-run crash on I-95 is well known to police.
Police say in this case, Aramis Segura, of Charlestown, allegedly left the scene of the two-vehicle crash on the interstate in Warwick overnight Saturday which killed the second driver, 17-year-old Olivia Passaretti of East Greenwich.
Segura apparently bragged about drinking and driving his Mercedes Benz on Facebook prior to the incident.
He is currently facing charges of driving to endanger and driving with a suspended license, but WJAR-TV reports Passaretti's family is calling for a murder charge from the state.
Meantime, the Attorney General Peter Nerhona says they will seek justice for the family.
