President Biden is issuing another COVID mandate.
This time, it's for federal workers exempt from being vaccinated.
They'll need to get tested weekly starting February 15th.
This comes as more states turn to the National Guard.
Massachusetts and Maine just activated more soldiers to help with overrun hospitals amid the omicron surge.
Others are deploying troops to support testing sites such as Ohio, California, Minnesota and Rhode Island.
