Public pressure is continuing for the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office to file a murder charge in connection to a fatal New Year's Eve crash. A rally held outside the A.G.'s office last weekend sought the upgraded charge against Aramis Segura of Charlestown. Segura is accused of causing a crash on Route 95 in Warwick that killed a 17-year-old girl driving the second vehicle, Olivia Passaretti, who was from East Greenwich. Segura is currently charged with driving to endanger, death resulting. When asked if a murder charge could be added, Attorney General Peter Neronha told WJAR-TV on Tuesday his office is approaching this case the same way it looks at every significant case, and that he did not want to rule anything in or out.
