The state's housing market continued to break records in 2021.
The Rhode Island Association of Realtors says the market was driven by high buyer demand, many of those buyers coming from out-of-state.
The median price for a single-family house was 365-thousand dollars last year, over 14 percent higher than the median sale price in 2020.
Officials are looking for even more gains as the weather gets better.
