Rhode Island could soon have a new nickname.
Besides the Ocean State, the Pot Hole State.
A new national report shows that Rhode Island leads the nation with the most complaints per kilometer about potholes.
According to the national survey- they have recorded 23 complaints about potholes per thousand kilometers.
By the same report in The Clunker Junker dot com--Massachusetts has almost 19 complaints per thousand kilometer.
Connecticut just 12.
