The Madness Begins Tonight For Bryant Basketball

In a matter of hours the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament will open up with the First Four.

And, when it does, Bryant University, making its first trip into the “madness” will play Wright State in the First Four.

The winner becomes the 16th seed in the tournament and would play the number one seed in the South bracket, Arizona. They are 31 and 3.

Bryant is 22-9 and feature the leading scorer in the country in Peter Kiss.

Kiss averages 25 points a game. The 6'5, 200 pound Senior had 651 points this year including 10 games in which he scored 30 points or more.

In addition to Kiss, Charles Pride is second on the team in scoring.

Wright State will play this game at the UD Arena, which is approximately 12 miles from their campus.

Tanner Holden a 6 foot 6 inch Junior guard is among the team leaders.

He averaged a little more than 19 points per game this season.

Game time is Wednesday at 6:40pm on Tru TV.
