The U.S. Supreme Court is denying a request to hear the case of former New England mob boss Francis "Cadillac Frank" Salemme .
He's serving a life sentence for the murder of Boston nightclub owner Steven DiSarro almost 30-years ago.
The 88-year-old Salemme was seeking a new trial.
DiSarro's body was found buried behind a mill building off Branch Avenue in Providence in 2016.
There has been no comment from Salemme's attorney.
