Charges are being filed in two separate crashes in Rhode Island this weekend.
Ryan Van Winkle of Warren was arrested for driving to endanger resulting in death for a rollover wreck on I-95 in Warwick on Saturday morning.
The victim, Matthew Yoder of Newport, was reportedly the passenger of the vehicle involved.
A Providence man, Domingo Grave-Castro, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident, death resulting in connection to a hit-and-run in the capital city on Saturday night.
The victim, Violet Barracks, according to the family, was the aunt of state Representative Marcia Ranglin-Vassell and Lisa Ranglin, the CEO of the Rhode Island Black Business Association.
