The CEO of Care New England will retire in early 2023.
Doctor James Fanale has led Rhode Island's second largest hospital group since 2018.
Care New England owns Women & Infants, Kent and Butler hospitals with a workforce of 75-hundred.
A search committee will look for Fanale's successor.
The Doctor says he will stay on to assist with the transition.
