A Woonsocket woman is facing charges for allegedly causing a deadly crash.
Amber Guerin was arraigned last week for driving to endanger resulting in death and injury.
The two-vehicle crash on May 3rd in Woonsocket killed Cristina Perez of Burrillville.
One other vehicle occupant was hurt.
Guerin allegedly blew a stop sign at Harris Avenue and Blackstone Street.
She faces a hearing in district court later this week.
