A Rhode Island grand jury is indicting three people for a fatal shooting in Newport.
Shamik Steele, Duane Logan and Xavier Perry are charged with the murder of Yordi Arevalo at the Friendly Sons of Newport Social Club back in February.
Steele is also charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Police believe that Steele was the triggerman.
The defendants are being held without bail at the ACI.
They are due for an arraignment on August 18th.
