Late word this morning that one of the two bodies found inside of a Woonsocket home earlier this week is that of former Mayor Susan Menard.
The Rhode Island Department of Health has yet to identify the second person inside of the Marian Lane home.
Officials say autopsy results are have yet to be released. But officials had said earlier that there did appear to be anything suspicious.
Police had to force their way into the home through a window.
Susan Menard was the first mayor of the city of Woonsocket -she was also the longest serving mayor.
More information is expected once the autopsies are completed.
