First Lady Jill Biden visited Rhode Island on Wednesday to campaign for Governor Dan McKee and congressional candidate Seth Magaziner ahead of the general election.
Biden, a teacher for nearly four decades, put out the call for more people to join the profession during a stop at Rhode Island College.
Biden also went to the Graduate Hotel in Providence for a fundraiser hosted by the state Democratic Party and spoke at the Santa Maria di Prata Society in Cranston.
Biden also appeared at campaign events for both Governor McKee and Seth Magaziner, who is running for Congress.
