Ticketmaster is asking for patience from Taylor Swift fans.
An outage was reported on Tuesday, the first day of a ticket pre-sale for Swift's upcoming concert tour.
Ticketmaster said there is historically unprecedented demand to see Swift perform.
The 2023 tour's only stop in New England will be at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro from May 19th to the 21st.
Meantime, police departments are warning people who will venture out to buy tickets on the secondary market to be careful because they have no protections if there are issues with tickets that aren't what they were purported to be.
