There has been yet another redesign for a long-proposed new Providence skyscraper.
Jason Fane, a developer from New York City, revealed the first plans for a trio of towers in the former Route 195 area in 2016.
That was downsized to one tower, which became a unique, unsymmetrical single building in 2018.
The latest redesign for the Fane Tower, officially known as the Hope Point Tower on Dyer Street, was submitted to the I-195 Commission on Monday, with Fane citing inflation and financial costs for the change.
Regardless of the overall design of the structure, officials say the building would still be five-hundred-fifty feet tall, which would be over a hundred feet taller than the Superman Building.
