Brown University is investigating a suspicious activity incident at a residence building.
A man apparently had unauthorized access at Wayland Hall, which is a dormitory for female students, this past weekend.
The suspect, who has not been identified, has been charged with breaking-and-entering and willful trespass.
Brown is reminding students to be vigilant about keeping the dorm secure.
They have promised to increase a police presence around the campus.
No word on the arraignment of the suspect yet.
