Remote learning is continuing at Henry Winters Elementary School in Pawtucket.
The school on Broadway was flooded by a burst pipe during the New England polar plunge on the first weekend of February.
The superintendent says the apparent cause was a heating coil failure.
The distance-learning is scheduled to last through the upcoming winter vacation as cleanup continues.
Officials are hopeful the repairs will be done when the kids return from that winter vacation.
