The Providence Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened on Sunday night.
There was a shooting in front of Kelly's Car Wash on Charles Street at around 9 p.m.
The victim's name was not released, but authorities say it was a 24-year-old man.
Police have made no arrests.
This is the third murder in the capital city in 2023.
