An apartment project is being proposed to the I-195 Redevelopment District Commission.
CV Properties of Boston wants to build an eleven-story, 149-unit building on several parcels located off Dyer Street.
Ten percent of the apartments would be reserved for workforce housing, but no affordable units for lower incomes are currently planned.
Future development could include commercial and research buildings on adjacent property that's currently owned by Brown University.
The 195 Commission will meet next Wednesday.
