The National Weather Service is placing all of Rhode Island except for Block island under a Red Flag Warning.
The warning for dangerous fire weather conditions is in place Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The weather service says winds will be out of the northwest gusting up to 30 miles per hour.
