Another Rhode Islander is being charged for participation in the January 6th, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol.
The FBI says Juan Rodriguez of Central Falls was found inside a locked Senate staff office.
While many supporters of President Trump were wearing MAGA hats that day, Rodriguez was reportedly wearing one with a Batman theme.
He is the fourth person from the Ocean State to be arrested for the incident.
The charges include disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building.
