State Senator Apologizes, Won't Resign After Cranston Keying Case

A Cranston state Senator pleaded no contest today to vandalism and obstruction charges.

Joshua Miller allegedly keyed a vehicle with an anti-Biden sticker at Garden City Center last month.

As part of the plea agreement, Miller agreed to pay the car owner over 28-hundred-dollars for damages.

He also agreed to make a 250-dollar donation to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.

In a statement he apologized for his actions. He says he is not considering resignation at this time.

And, word from the State Senate is that Miller will not lose any of his leadership positions.
