A fight at the Rhode Island Training School is being investigated by the State Police.
According to the Department of Children, Youth and Families, staff members intervened after the fight broke out among residents at the juvenile delinquent facility in Cranston on Sunday night.
Four people in total were taken for hospital treatment.
The DCYF praised the courageous staffers who put themselves in harm's way.
