A man is facing ghost gun-manufacturing charges in East Providence.
The Rhode Island State Police arrested Sean Jobin this week after an investigation revealed an alleged high-level 3D-printing operation.
Authorities seized four fully-assembled ghost guns and sent Jobin to the ACI.
Rhode Island enacted a law in 2020 which outlawed the guns that lack serial numbers in 2020.
