The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management is reporting new mosquito samples that tested positive for triple-E disease and West Nile virus.
The samples were taken from Barrington, Glocester, Johnston, Richmond, Tiverton and Westerly.
There have not been any human cases of either illness reported yet this season.
