More than 11-thousand Rhode Island voters have made early voting their choice in the off-year election.
The Secretary of State's office reports the figure of those who chose to vote early in person or by mail as of Tuesday.
The highest turnout has so far been in East Providence, where a special election to send a new representative to Washington will take place.
Election Day is set for November 7th.
