Boston Bruins star Milan Lucic has been released without bail following his arraignment for assault and battery on a family member.
Lucic made a brief appearance in Boston Municipal Court yesterday, where a judge ordered him to stay away from alcohol.
Lucic was arrested early Saturday after his wife called 911 and reported that he had tried to choke her during an argument.
Lucic did not comment while entering or leaving court, and is on an indefinite leave from the Bruins.
