A woman was found shot and killed in her North Providence home Wednesday evening.
Police were called to the home on Centredale Avenue by the victim's brother, who said she had not been heard from in nearly a month.
The state medical examiner declared the 61-year-old woman's death a homicide.
Police Chief Alfredo Ruggiero telling reporters the incident appears isolated.
No arrests have been made.
No motive yet either.
