CVS Officials Say Local Target Pharmacies Not Impacted By Closing Decision

Woonsocket-based CVS says Rhode Island locations are not affected by plans to close pharmacies in some Target stores nationwide.

The company said the closures are based on several factors including changes in population and consumer buying habits.

There are CVS pharmacies inside Targets in Lincoln, Smithfield and two stores in Warwick
