Providence police have announced the arrest of ten people on drug trafficking charges.
The arrests, which were part of a series of investigations seized thousands of grams of fentanyl, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, and methamphetamines.
The street value of the drugs is estimated in the millions of dollars.
Authorities also reported nearly 1-point-2 million dollars in cash, a dozen handguns, and an assault rifle were found.
The suspects are considered high-level characters in the drug trade; police anticipate more arrests.
